However, due to the nature of our business and products we sell, several types of
products are exempt from being returned.
All Pre- order design are final sale
Custom designs are ordered individually made by hand when ordered please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery for most item. Once your order is manufacture and shipped we will accept return of the item for store credit or exchange if merchandise is return in its original condition unworn and free of damaged within 14 days of the delivery date.
Also note that no refunds are available on personalized items. Personalizedmerchandise cannot be returned or exchanged because we can not reuse these
products.
If our pre- order products arrived damaged in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to assist you with this matter.
For any other products, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to
return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return
shipping cost will be deducted from it.
