All Pre- order   design are  final sale 
Custom designs are  ordered individually made  by hand when odered  please  allow  4-6 weeks for delivery for most  item. Once  your order is manufacture and shipped  we  will accept  return of the item for  store  credit or exchange  if merchandise is return in its  original condition unworn and free of damaged within  14 days of the delivery date.
Also note that no refunds are available on personalized items. Personalized
merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged because we can not reuse these
products.
If our pre- order  products  arrived damaged in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to assist you with this matter.
For any other products, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to
return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return
shipping cost will be deducted from it.  

Preorder shipping  policy  
Item  preorder  are ship with  2 to  3 business days o  product completion 
At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays. Express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM typically ship the next business day.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.

Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
